Seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a dedicated team in Anchorage, AK.
Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, checking stock availability, quoting prices, and supporting outside sales with sourcing products.
Qualifications include excellent communication skills, prior inside sales/customer service experience, organization, multi-tasking, and data entry proficiency. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work independently in an office environment.
Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with full-time benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and insurance options.
