Role: Customer Service Representative
Location: Austin, TX // St. Petersburg, FL
a) Perform outbound call as per SOP and get the necessary information from the end client
b) Document the same in the system and complete the work item
c) If needed; the WI has to connect with client team
d) Collaboratively work with Backoffice team for back-and-forth communication
