Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

Location Dallas, TX 75228 OR 75224  | Onsite (Buckner or Ledbetter Clinic)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $17.82 per hour

• Mon–Thu: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Fri: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Once Saturday per month (after training): 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• 30-minute lunch

• Temporary assignment | W2


ROLE IMPACT

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative supports daily call center operations by delivering timely, accurate, and professional service to clients. This role ensures callers receive clear guidance, appropriate scheduling support, and issue resolution on first contact whenever possible. Success is measured by service quality, call efficiency, and positive client experience.


Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls in a high-volume call center environment, providing bilingual (English/Spanish) customer support

• Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and route calls appropriately while maintaining professionalism and empathy

• Schedule appointments and document interactions accurately in internal systems

• Maintain confidentiality and follow established service protocols and clinic procedures


Minimum Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent verbal communication required) & High School Diploma or GED

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle high call volumes

• Call center experience preferred


Core Tools & Systems

• Call center phone systems (multi-line/inbound call routing)

• Electronic scheduling systems

• Customer relationship management (CRM) or client documentation platforms

• Standard office software


Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a healthcare or clinic environment

• Ability to de-escalate challenging customer situations

• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
