As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key contact for sales teams and customers, supporting order processing, communication, and issue resolution to ensure satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities include managing accounts, coordinating with production, tracking projects, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong relationships.
Requirements include customer service experience, strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and basic math skills. Preferred qualifications are 4+ years of support experience and knowledge of printing. The position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm onsite, with a pay range of $20–$24/hour.
