The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional in-person customer service, answers inquiries, processes payments, and handles sale day activities.
- Organizes keys and files documents by internal coding system and Lot number, uploads sale documents online.
- Communicates with departments, teams, and customers to provide needed documents like LOLC's and Purge Documents.
- Processes payments from successful bidders and offers information about auxiliary services.
- Ensures high-quality customer service and supports safety commitments to maintain a safe working environment.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications include prior face-to-face customer interaction, computer skills, data entry proficiency, positive attitude under pressure, friendly personality, and teamwork ability.
