The Customer Service Representative manages daily order processing for HVAC equipment, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include responding promptly to inquiries, updating shipping and tracking info, supporting order releases, and processing claims.
Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of customer service or inside sales support experience, proficiency in Windows software, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. HVAC OEM experience and CRM knowledge are preferred.
