We aspire to be the best solution for the Industrial customers' needs for MROP products and services through our Innovative Pumping Solutions, Metal Working, Supply Chain Services and Service Centers.Check out our many videos to learn more! the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services, process customer phone orders, check availability of stock and shipping dates, quote prices, fill orders to customer specifications, process sales data via computer, and assist the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products.Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:* Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services* Processing customer phone orders* Checking availability of stock and shipping dates* Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer* Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing productsQualifications of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:* Prior inside sales/customer service experience* The ideal candidate would have preferably/but not required 2-3 years of some combination of the following knowledge: pump/motor /rotating equipment/industrial products sales* Efficient in Windows based programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
