We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle product pricing inquiries, orders, and customer follow-up. Reporting to the Supervisor, you'll process orders, communicate via phone and email, manage customer accounts, and resolve complaints promptly.
- Respond to customer requests, assist with damaged shipments, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels, review product requirements, and support manufacturing schedules.
- Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing or electrical sectors, and proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. The role is on-site in Eugene or Pendleton, OR.
Within 3-6 months, you'll complete onboarding, handle orders independently, and meet departmental KPIs. Benefits include medical, dental, 401k, paid time off, and more. The pay range is approximately $40,160 - $55,220, depending on experience and qualifications.
