Customer Service Representative

Location: Garland, Texas, In-Office Required

Schedule: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an additional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our customers and internal operations by ensuring orders are processed accurately and communications run smoothly. The position involves entering sales orders into our JobBoss ERP system, assisting customers with order and billing inquiries, and serving as the main liaison between customers, management, and production.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Enter sales orders promptly and accurately into JobBoss ERP.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, management, and production teams.
  • Receive and verify customer orders email.
  • Greet customers professionally and handle inquiries with care.
  • Route technical or sales-related questions to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow up on customer questions and ensure timely communication.
  • Prepare job router instructions for the shop using electronic templates.
  • Process receiving documents for all company orders.
  • Assist in compiling shipping reports to customers and order tracking information.
  • Participate in production regular meetings to review lead times and update customers on order status.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Complete and extensive MRP experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of general accounting practices a plus.
  • Experience with JobBoss ERP is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with fabrication processes is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and reliable team player.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $40,000 – $51,000 per year, depending on experience and skill level.
