We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.
Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, promoting sales, maintaining customer account information, and coordinating administrative tasks like billing, collections, and reporting.
They will develop trusting relationships, provide product and policy knowledge, and assist with route scheduling and service coordination.
Qualifications include at least 3 years of customer service experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a team environment.
