We are hiring a compassionate DME Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, and referral sources.
Key responsibilities include answering inquiries, processing orders, verifying insurance, coordinating with clinical and delivery teams, maintaining accurate records, and educating patients about equipment and coverage.
Qualifications include 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or DME preferred), knowledge of insurance verification and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines (preferred), strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with EMR/CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Bilingual skills are a plus.
