Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
- Generate and follow up on quotes
- Log follow-up notes accurately in the system
- Collaborate with the sales team on open orders
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
Preferred Skills for the Customer Service Representative
- Experience with Salesforce, Zoho or similar CRM software is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
