Seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a team focused on providing top industrial solutions.
Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, processing phone orders, checking stock availability, quoting prices, fulfilling orders to specifications, and assisting outside sales with quotes and sourcing.
Qualifications include 2-3 years of pump parts experience, strong communication skills, independence, customer focus, and data entry abilities.
Must have a High School Diploma and be available for regular in-person attendance.
Work is in an office environment, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and insurance.
