We are seeking a Customer Service Representative III in Irvine, CA, to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls regarding mortgage loan products.
- Deliver professional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Perform lead qualification and generate interest in mortgage options.
- Transfer calls to appropriate agents and enter client data into CRM system.
- Meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Require 2+ years of inside sales and customer service experience, preferably in a call center, with excellent communication skills. College education is preferred; high school diploma or GED is required. Flexible schedule and ability to work various shifts are necessary.
