Customer Service Representative

Seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative in Lehi, Utah, to assist with pest control services. This full-time or part-time role involves

• Scheduling routes for technicians,
• Handling inbound calls to address pest concerns and explain treatments,
• Updating customer profiles, processing payments, and managing renewals,
• Outreach to schedule seasonal treatments, and
• Learning pest basics to educate homeowners.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, dependability, familiarity with Lehi/Northern Utah County, and multitasking ability. Previous retail, food service, or call center experience is a plus but not required. The position offers $14.00–$16.00/hour and plays a vital role in keeping Utah homes pest-free while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment that feels like family.
