This role provides clerical and support services within the Administration Department, focusing on excellent customer service for staff, affiliates, and members.
- Responsibilities include handling mail, processing packages, managing inventory, and responding to service requests.
- Operates mailroom equipment, prepares shipments, and maintains organized storage areas both onsite and offsite.
- Assists with document scanning, inventory management, and fulfilling merchandise orders, updating relevant databases.
- Performs administrative tasks such as switchboard coverage, office moves, and conference setup, and troubleshoots phone/system issues.
- Requires a high school diploma, three years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to operate mailroom equipment safely.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, be willing to travel, and work overtime as needed.
