Seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in Meridian, ID, working Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, at $19/hour (+$0.50/hour for bilingual applicants).

**Responsibilities:**
- Handle high-volume calls, voicemails, and emails from customers
- Provide info on services and rates, process payments, and resolve disputes
- Assist walk-in customers at front desk
- Record communications, prepare work orders, and update accounts
- Navigate company systems and perform office tasks
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years customer service in high call volume setting
- Strong math, data entry, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
**Work Conditions:**
