STS Technical Services is hiring Customer Service Representatives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is built for someone who knows how to stay calm under pressure, communicate with care and clarity, and guide customers toward real solutions. You will support customers and dealers, work with multiple systems, and collaborate with internal teams to close issues quickly and professionally. Challenging conversations are part of the job, so a steady presence and a confident voice will take you far.

Position Summary

This position requires being a team player to resolve new and potentially ongoing customer and dealer matters. You will be expected to learn and become comfortable using several different systems knowledge reference articles and other resources to ensure timely and effective closure and resolution. You will interact with all levels of internal stakeholders while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor. This position involves handling challenging customer interactions requiring patience resilience and strong problem solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high volume inbound calls in a structured remote call center environment.
  • Respond to a wide range of inquiries from routine questions to complex issues using multiple systems and resources.
  • Make independent decisions and collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism when dealing with frustrated or dissatisfied customers.
  • Uphold brand values and contribute to customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical expertise and ability to learn products and services.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
  • Proven experience in a high volume call center or similar environment preferred.

Schedule Requirements

  • Flexibility is essential. Candidates must be willing and able to work varying shifts within the hours of 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday.
  • No fixed or standard shift will be assigned schedules will vary based on business needs and provided within 3 weeks of each scheduling period.

Please note that the max bill rate on this role is up to 28.00 an hour so please submit up to that rate for all qualified candidates.
