What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls regarding insurance loss draft claims
• Updating customer information and providing quality service based on product knowledge
• Managing escalations with professionalism and tact
• Tracking claim statuses and performing timely account maintenance
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address queries
• Performing loan checks and reviewing loan history

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in English
• Customer support and client services experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and data entry skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computers
• Call center experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
