Seeking a Customer Service Representative for our corporate office in Naples, FL, starting at $20/hour with higher pay for experience.

Responsibilities include handling high call volumes, recording call details, resolving issues or escalating as needed, and performing office tasks like mailing and copying.
Qualifications include being 18+, strong communication skills, multitasking with software, decision-making ability, teamwork, and prior call center experience preferred. Must have excellent attendance and work ethic.
The position offers flexible scheduling, operating Mon-Fri 10am-8pm and weekends 10am-5pm.
