Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Answers customer inquiries regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results such as hitting sales quotas, assisting in ideas for meetings, and add to topics of discussion depending on the needs of the office on a weekly basis.
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Impact the company's bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Cancel or upgrade accounts
Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills:
Resolving conflict in a professional matter
Product knowledge on behalf of the client
Market knowledge based on target demographics
Quality focus on customer satisfaction
Problem-solving and someone who is solution-oriented
Excellent verbal communication skills

Analyzing information and communicating to management

Education & Experience Requirements:
A University/college degree in a related field is preferred, but not required
Familiarity with new technology is a plus
Previous experience, especially in a particular industry, preferred
