We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of our organization, providing expert support and guidance to our community.
Responsibilities include
- Technical support and troubleshooting to optimize product performance
- Managing communication across social media, email, chat, and phone for timely resolutions
- Assisting customers with product selection and outdoor gear consultations
- Handling order lifecycle tasks such as warranty claims, repairs, and returns
- Using CRM tools to document interactions and track feedback trends
- Supporting internal teams and dealer networks
Skills required include active listening, client service, interpersonal sensitivity, and CRM proficiency.
Qualifications include at least 1 year of experience and a high school diploma. The role offers a salary of $41,600 - $45,760, first shift hours (8 AM - 5 PM), and comprehensive benefits.
