This is a 4-month onsite Customer Service Representative contract in Omaha, NE, paying $21.47/hr.
What you'll do:
- Deliver prompt, accurate service with one-call resolution
- Handle inbound calls from small business clients and partner agencies
- Assist with online applications, coverage, billing, and policy questions
- Enter inbound leads efficiently
What we're looking for:
- Active P&C General/Commercial Lines license (required)
- Strong communication and solutions-oriented attitude
- Dependability and professionalism in a structured environment
