What Youll Do:

• Build strong customer relationships through friendly, professional communication.
  
• Assist with insurance policy changes, billing questions, claims processing, and coverage explanations
  
• Educate customers on insurance options through needs-based conversations
  
• Deliver exceptional service in every interaction
  
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers as needed

Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
