Currently hiring a Customer Service Representative near Southgate, MI.
Pay: $20/hour
Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm, with overtime as needed, averaging 45 hours/week.
Responsibilities include processing customer orders, returns, and contract reviews; preparing quotations and pricing; providing accurate information on order status and stock; entering data into ERP systems; proactively following up with customers; fulfilling rush orders; understanding pricing matrices; researching return credits; collaborating with sales and accounting to resolve issues; and completing departmental projects.
Requirements include 1-2 years in customer service or inside sales, experience with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Oracle), handling customer orders and returns via phone and email, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
