Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer support and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams
- Coordinating international shipping, preparing export documentation, and managing logistics
- Supporting order processing within ERP systems and assisting with data integrity and process improvements
- Using Excel for data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
- Participating in special projects and providing backup support across teams
Qualifications include 2-3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications include international logistics experience, advanced Excel skills, and ERP familiarity.
