We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Specialist to support our U.S. and international distributor and retailer network.
This role combines

  • customer service, sales and marketing support, ERP administration, international logistics coordination, and data analysis.

    Responsibilities include:
  • Providing exceptional customer support and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams

  • Coordinating international shipping, preparing export documentation, and managing logistics

  • Supporting order processing within ERP systems and assisting with data integrity and process improvements

  • Using Excel for data analysis and reporting to support decision-making

  • Participating in special projects and providing backup support across teams

  • Qualifications include 2-3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications include international logistics experience, advanced Excel skills, and ERP familiarity.
