Seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service via phone or email.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, in an office environment requiring proficiency with office equipment, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office. Must be able to walk short distances, sit for extended periods, and lift up to 15 lbs.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork skills are essential.
