This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and at least three years of customer service experience. Candidates must have strong presentation and writing skills, be computer literate, and available to work weekends and holidays. Shifts vary between 6am-7pm on weekdays and 8am-5pm on weekends, with two consecutive days off during the week. Knowledge of local bus routes and bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are preferred due to high Spanish-speaking caller volume.
Major functions include providing route, schedule, and program information over the phone, and updating callers on policies, events, and services.
