We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support excellent customer service, retention, and new customer acquisition.
Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls with a proactive sales approach, maintaining product and customer account knowledge, processing payments and managing administrative tasks, and coordinating with regional teams for service efficiency.
Qualifications include at least 3 years of customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong multitasking skills, and a high school diploma or GED preferred.
