Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the company, handling complaints, route changes, errors, and account questions.
Resolve customer issues via phone, email, or mail, and verify information using online tracking software.
Greet customers warmly, ascertain their needs, and advise on company information.
Work with management to ensure quality service and compile customer satisfaction reports.
Exhibit high ethical standards, share concerns about inappropriate behavior, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and computer literacy. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
