  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, guests, and prospective members.
  • Handle front desk activities such as answering phones, checking IDs, signing up new members, and conducting club tours.
  • Assist with account updates, respond to member questions, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the club, including sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, and equipment.
  • Stock supplies, report damaged amenities, and follow lost and found policies.

Qualifications include a customer service background, basic computer skills, a positive attitude, punctuality, and age 18+. Physical demands involve standing, walking, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, and cleaning with chemicals. The position emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for health and fitness.
