Key Responsibilities
Connect with members through inbound and outbound communication
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments to review available benefit options
Explain program details clearly, professionally, and accurately through online meetings
Guide members through simple enrollment and application steps
Maintain organized records and document all client interactions
Follow up with members to ensure a smooth and positive experience
Take part in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
