About the Role
As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you'll represent CLE Telco in the field, connecting residents to next-generation internet solutions. This independent contractor position (1099) offers flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to play a key role in Ohio's fiber expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners to understand their connectivity needs and introduce CLE Telco's fiber internet offerings to residential customers.
• Communicate the benefits of AT&T's fiber network in a clear, informative, and consultative manner.
• Gather and manage customer information using digital tools for accurate service setup.
• Maintain a positive and professional presence while working in new and developing territories.
• Contribute to CLE Telco's reputation for quality, trust, and customer care.
