The Customer Service Supervisor (CSS) is a motivated leader supporting store operations, working alongside peers and leaders to deliver excellent customer service, increase sales, and ensure safety and organization.

Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, supporting store goals, motivating and training associates, executing customer service policies, managing cash, inventory, vendor check-ins, and maintaining store safety.
