Working within a small team under the guidance of the CSR Customer Service Billing Manager, the role requires excellent communication, tact, and adaptability to different customer personalities.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1-2 years of customer support or client service experience, familiarity with CRM systems, and strong multitasking and time management skills. Experience with utility software and previous utility company CSR experience are preferred.
