Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and interpret data to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in data visualization, and proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business needs.
• Use statistical methods and predictive modeling to interpret data and support decision-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.
• Identify data quality issues and implement improvements.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a data analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong knowledge of Excel and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Experience with ETL processes and working with databases is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive analytics.
