Cimarron is seeking a *GMD Facilities Delivery Team Lead* to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at Schriever Space Force Base in the Colorado Springs, CO area.
This full-time position follows a day shift schedule with core hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, offering flexibility in start and end times. Occasional after-hours, weekend, or extended support may be needed. The role may also require up to 10% travel, including occasional local trips to support off-site customers and projects.
Key Duties: 
- Manage daily operations of the Schriever SFB site team, providing sustainment and engineering support to a Missile Defense Agency (MDA) operational customer.
- Oversee the successful execution of the Task Order scope, including sustainment activities and engineering projects that meet contractual and customer requirements.
- Plan and execute the integrated schedule and budget in alignment with Earned Value Management (EVM) standards, serving as Control Account Manager (CAM) for the site account.
- Collaborate with the customer and product delivery team to prioritize work based on budget and resource constraints.
- Act as the primary interface between the contract team and local government leadership.
- Represent the Voice of the Customer (VOC) in organizational and contractual discussions.
- Coordinate and sustain activities across internal and external teams to ensure minimal impact on the operational customer.
- Build and maintain business relationships essential to the successful execution of task orders.
- Perform team management functions including timecard approvals, hiring, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
- Address issues and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and maintain trust.
- Communicate and enforce proper processes and procedures for obtaining external support needed to fulfill customer requirements.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

- Active Secret Security Clearance (or higher). 
- 12 or more years of full-time work experience. 
- 5 or more years of direct facilities experience. 
- 1 or more years of leadership or management experience. 
- Experience in planning and managing complex resources within constrained environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Project and Visio.
- Ability to work independently in dynamic customer environments and solve complex problems with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and successfully lead a team.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education: 
- Experience with strategic and theater missile defense weapon systems, sensor systems, and/or DoD communications systems.
- Experience successfully interfacing with government customers and senior leaders.
- Understanding of the traditional Project Management Lifecycle, including stakeholder management and the Systems Engineering lifecycle.
- Experience in Earned Value Management and/or Control Account Management functions.
- Active Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.
