Immediate need for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a busy midtown office. The ideal candidate is polished, enthusiastic, poised, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Receive and screen calls, transfer to appropriate individuals
- Manage calendars, set up tele/video conferences, respond to executive requests
- Order supplies, lunches, and transportation services
- Build PowerPoint presentations and update spreadsheets
- Assist with special projects and support other Executive Assistants
- Coordinate meeting logistics, catering, and room setups for meetings and presentations
- Proactively handle all aspects of work
Requirements include at least 3 years of corporate support experience, excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, strong organization, and proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and internet research. A four-year degree is preferred but not required.
