Data Entry Coordinator- Salary-low to high 30’s Negotiable depending on education and experience. Full time 40 hours per week M-F (8-5).
Program Position Overview: The Data Entry Coordinator position is responsible for collecting and entering data in data base system. Provides administrative support and schedule appointments.This position requires attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Daily requirements will involve excellent time management, organizational, communication and written skills, and capacity to prioritize workload. The position will cross train and function as part of the Data team. Familiarity with data bases, digital filing system and data management preferred.
Requirements:Associate or Bachelors’ Degree in field or Business School Graduate preferred but not required. Work Experience may substitute for education qualifications. Knowledge of HIPPA compliance preferred with general accounts payable but not required. Experience in Microsoft office Suites including Access and Excel. Prior experience working in a nonprofit with diverse grant funded programs a plus.
