The role involves communication with medical staff, resolving specimen issues, and adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications include a High School diploma, basic office and computer skills, knowledge of OSHA regulations, and organizational abilities. Preferred candidates have an associate’s degree and 1-2 years of related experience, including familiarity with hospital systems, coding, billing, or medical terminology.
