Perform warehouse duties including unloading, reboxing, checking inbound returns, and processing outbound merchandise.
Verify shipments by matching manifests and inspecting merchandise.
Assist in wrapping, loading, and shipping outbound items, and sort returned merchandise into designated areas.
Maintain inventory, rebox new merchandise, and process warranty and core items, coordinating with vendors and updating records.
Handle hazardous materials, process recalls, non-stocks, and unsaleable items.
Test and rotate batteries, prepare shipment paperwork, and ensure proper packing and loading.
Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow safety protocols.
Train team members on procedures and support departmental operations.
Skills include quick numerical/alpha matching, communication, basic computer skills; preferred: industry knowledge, advanced computer skills, and bilingual abilities.
