Job Title: Class A CDL Dedicated Regional Truck Driver
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional lane operating between Nashville, TN, Memphis, TN, and St. Louis, MO. This position offers consistent miles, predictable routes, and reliable weekly home time on a stable freight lane with a steady run structure. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and provide the support you need to succeed.
Pay & Compensation
- Weekly Earnings: $1,124 – $1,500 average weekly pay
- Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
- Volume: Average of 2,300 to 2,500 miles per week
- Stability: Consistent miles and steady, year-round freight
- Onboarding: Paid orientation included
Home Time & Schedule
- Home Time: Home weekly with a guaranteed 48-hour reset
- Route: Dedicated regional lane (Nashville Memphis St. Louis)
- Consistency: Predictable scheduling, dispatch, and a stable workload
Job Details & Equipment
- Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
- Operation: Drop-and-hook loads within an established freight network
- Equipment: Late-model Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors
- Safety: Well-maintained fleet focused strictly on driver safety and reliability

- Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $16.00 per hour

Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
- Must have verifiable driving activity within the last 90 days
- Must reside in or near the Memphis, TN area
- Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements
