In this position you will partner closely with, and report directly to our Global People Brand and Strategy Leader at Qualtrics. You will work in a deeply impactful and highly transparent capacity to strategically advance our employment brand, attraction and candidate led recruitment marketing, pipeline talent, revolutionize the way we are attraction-led recruiting, and much more!

You creatively and successfully pioneer a new era of what was formerly a heavy sourcing for the job recruiting org to pipeline and attraction-led recruiting. You have a multiplier effect on full employee experience while exceeding the needs of the business in hiring goals. The marketing plans/campaigns you craft and implement will not only drive company growth, but scale effortlessly.
A Day in the Life
- Lead Talent Acquisition Regional Partners in attraction efforts
- Localize campaigns though social/blog (bring in the leads to the Talent Community - pipelining in specific areas including DEI campaigns, events, and outreach)
- Specialize / customize campaigning in Talent Community to convert to applicants (turn TC leads into applicants and faster hires) - data shows that if you can customize their lead experience to entice them they convert faster
- Work with recruiters and hiring managers (including trainings) to help hiring managers attract and pipeline to their teams
- Train all employees to be attraction led (Brand Ambassador Training and Qualtrics Life stories along with Everyone Social usage across all employees)
