Honeywell is looking for a professional, self-starter to join us as a Demand Generation Rep to research and gather valuable information on design and construction projects in the US! Our team is a pioneer at Honeywell running a Research Program with innovative tools that contribute to the creation of a healthy sales pipeline for our Fire businesses.
Today we are redefining the future and are looking for innovators with vison, tenacity and focus to help our customers benefit from our high-tech fire solutions such as cloud based software system (CLSS), aspiring smoke detection systems, emergency communication systems, intelligent fire alarm panels – and many more. In the role of Demand Generation Rep, you will be responsible for supporting the Honeywell Fire team at HBT.
+ Searching construction projects to identify potential projects and new customers and strategic planning for business related activities.
+ Planning Lunch & Learn and schedule sales meetings for Sales Reps.
+ Developing a strategic plan to engage with potential customers through social media, logging in opportunities, assist in pipeline forecasting and sales reports.
+ Contributing to the STRAP/AOP planning process for the portfolio.
+ Driving channel activities, developing new leads in specific verticals and supporting the commercialization efforts of our sales teams.
+ Building a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, industry players, trends, competitive strategies, technologies, standards, regulations and economics.
+ Driving Voice of Customer (VOC) activities to identify opportunities to differentiate Honeywell Fire.
+ Managing and logging selling activities through enterprise CRM software. Supporting the commercialization efforts of our sales team.
+ Developing a robust project pipeline for your business with tech savvy and research skills.

You Must Have:
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Minimum 2 years in sales, marketing, or market research experience
+ Bachelor's degree
+ An ability to influence the sales team around them while maintaining healthy relationships.
+ An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
+ Track record of successfully delivering or supporting growing revenue.
+ An ability to influence across a broader organization.
+ Excellent team and communication skills.
+ Understanding of the Honeywell Fire solutions and as well as the competitive landscape.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in market/project research, customer engagement, sales or marketing.
+ Track record of promoting complex solutions and generating demand with Fire distributors, architect and engineering firms, building integrators, consultants and building owners.
+ Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
