Schedule: Mon Fri 8am - 5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch
Typical cases seen/required: Stainless steel crowns, fillings, pulpotomies, simple extractions, some space maintainers (not required)
Number of Chairs/Volume per day: 5 chairs / 70 patients per day
Ages: 100% pediatric population
Is the provider solo: Yes
Hygienist onsite: No
Other Support Staff: 4 DAs, 2 EFDAs, 1 clinical provider
Onboarding/Credentialing Time: 1-2 weeks
Benefits: Malpractice insurance coverage; weekly electronic pay; mileage reimbursement; earn $2,000 per referral.
