We are currently seeking a Department Manager of Project Controls for a significant water infrastructure program in the Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of large-scale projects, including pipelines, treatment plants, and reservoirs. This position is based on a five-year residential contract.
Project Overview:
The role involves managing the project controls function for a major program aimed at improving water distribution and wastewater management across multiple regions. The successful candidate will join an established team responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of water infrastructure projects, from planning and construction through to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project control efforts across a vast portfolio, including scheduling, cost management, and progress tracking.
Implement systems for accurate forecasting, budget control, and reporting.
Manage project risks and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
20+ years of experience in project controls on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Extensive knowledge of project planning, cost control, and risk management practices.
Experience with the full project lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, construction, and closeout.
Familiarity with EHS regulations, contract management, and international project standards.
