Seeking a Manufacturing Detector Engineer to develop, optimize, and support the production of Germanium detectors.
Responsibilities include designing manufacturing processes, fixtures, and quality control, troubleshooting equipment, implementing automation, and leading new product pre-production phases.
Must have experience with vacuum, cryogenic, surface chemistry, and semiconductor systems, along with proficiency in CAD, automation, programming, and system maintenance.
Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, a BS in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, and strong communication skills.
Additional knowledge in modeling, electronics, semiconductor theory, radiation measurement, and mechanical skills is preferred.
