The Development Assistant & Event Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role supporting the Development Department with fundraising events, capital campaigns, and database management. Reporting to the Director of Development, you will oversee database administration, coordinate logistics for events, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with the Marketing team on event collateral. Responsibilities include handling RSVPs, managing supplies, developing event materials, assisting on-site during events, and securing in-kind donations for raffles and auctions.

Outreach tasks involve sponsor recognition, email communication, and post-event reporting. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of event planning experience, fundraising background, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
