Seeking a Development Operations Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee Hourly Inspectors in engine assembly on 2nd shift.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, allocating work, leading safety and quality initiatives, conducting team meetings, setting performance standards, coaching employees, managing administrative tasks, establishing work schedules, and ensuring policy compliance.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience, strong quality background, PC skills, and knowledge of continuous improvement methods such as Lean and ACE.
Preferred qualifications include supervisory experience with a union, team motivation skills, and familiarity with engine test and inspection systems.
Salary range is $86,800 - $165,200, with benefits and incentive programs.
