Senior Marketing Manager, In-Store
The Senior Marketing Manager, In-Store is ran exceptional project manager responsible for comprehensive planning, development and execution to deliver best-in-class retail presentations and visual merchandising for strategic accounts, including owned retail channel. In collaboration with strategic account teams, account sales leads and creative team, this position builds upon global brand presentation concepts to develop dynamic interpretations in the North America market on time and on budget.
How You Will Make a Difference
+ Create holistic in-store executions by developing innovative, high-impact retail presentations and in-store brand statements for key accounts, owned-retail and pop-up/experimental retail initiatives
+ In-house expert on latest developments and techniques for dynamic retail presentations, pushing for continuous refinement of brand’s physical programming
+ Under strategic direction of Marketing Director, responsible for project management and execution of fixture design/procurement, POS signing and kitting/shipping to retail accounts, including scheduling and performance of in-store installation
+ Lead cross-functional collaboration for in-store projects, to align Marketing, Merchandising and Sales leadership
+ Under strategic direction of Marketing Director, holistically manage in-store fixture and POS budget detail and timelines, seeking and recommending opportunities for efficiencies where appropriate
+ Coordinate 3rd-party in-store merchandising program and budget, in conjunction with sales teams and accounts
+ Directly and indirectly impact Dickies brand revenue and MROI through all in-store initiatives.

Skills for Success
+ Years of Related Professional Experience: 10 + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, retail or related area preferred or equivalent work experience
+ Excellent and efficient project management of multiple internal teams and external vendor partners to execute initiatives on time and on budget
+ Strongly capable of owning budget management of complex projects
+ Ability to lead 3rd-party design agencies and merchandising agencies and communicate through detailed, accurate creative briefs
+ Creative eye and aptitude for development of in-store displays and techniques
+ 3D modeling software expertise to render existing and prospective in-store visual aids preferred or alternately: demonstrated knowledge of 3D modeling and experience in communicating with 3rd party vendors to deliver required visual aids
+ Experience with Adobe Creative Suite apps (Photoshop, InDesign) a plus but not required
+ Deep and on-going knowledge of retail presentation Best Practices
+ Driven to act with a sense of urgency; able to work well under pressure and with demanding deadlines
+ Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills are required; ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze new issues is critical
+ Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive, collaborative working style
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
